Return Process

Please examine your honey jars immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage or breakage that may have occurred during transit.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items or shipping box.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your photos and information to approve a replacement or store credit without requiring you to ship the food items back.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will ship a fresh replacement of your Amigo's Honey order at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
